Affordability & the Economy

In my previous four years, I have supported countless bills related to property tax reform and targeted relief.

When I served on the Revenue Committee, I pushed for the long-term homeowners’ 50% property tax reduction, recognizing the value that these members of our communities—often living on fixed incomes—have brought to Wyoming over the past decades.

I personally ran a bill to eliminate the sunset clause on this measure and was pleased to vote for and see it removed in the 2026 session. I was also proud to help draft and support the 4% cap in 2025, which has been a critical piece of legislation for House District 22 and all of Wyoming, keeping increases manageable and allowing families across the state to budget accordingly.
